Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of globalvoiceskenya.com and your engagement of services from Global Voices Kenya Limited (“we,” “us,” “our”). Where a signed service agreement exists, it takes priority over these terms.

Our Services

We provide conference interpretation, conference management, document translation, language training, equipment rental, multilingual hostessing, events entertainment, and videography/photography. Specific details are confirmed per engagement in a written quotation.

Quotations & Bookings

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you’ve accepted the quotation in writing and, where required, paid a deposit.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event and language requirements
• Share reference materials in advance where needed
• Ensure safe working conditions for our staff at your venue
• Pay invoices within the agreed timeframe

Payment

Fees are set out in your quotation and payable within the agreed terms. Additional costs (travel, overtime, extra equipment) will be quoted separately.

Cancellations

Cancellations made close to your event date may incur charges, since interpreters and equipment are reserved in advance. Exact terms will be stated in your quotation.

Confidentiality

We understand much of what we interpret and translate is sensitive. Our team maintains confidentiality and can sign NDAs on request.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
